Młyńska 38 formed part of the city’s industrial history. Wool was processed here before the building later served social and office functions.

Inside, the year 1865 remains visible on one of its wooden support beams, a physical trace of the building’s earliest chapter.

Present

Transformation underway.

Today, Młyńska 38 is undergoing a comprehensive renovation, inside and out.

The work includes structural improvements, renewal of the roof and preparation of the interiors for a new use, while the building’s historic character remains central to the project.

Future

A new use for a historic address.

The completed project is intended to bring Młyńska 38 back into active use as a distinctive commercial address.

Its raw historic character will be combined with modern details, contemporary infrastructure and adaptable spaces for a new generation of businesses.

  • Planned security

    Cameras and an alarm system connected to a security company are planned.

  • Step free ground floor access

    A ramp is planned to provide step free access to the ground floor.
